Hand woven scarf, made on a vintage ‘Weavemaster’ table loom.
Soft, earthy tones in random stripes with the odd flash of bright cochineal dyed yarn woven in a textured, tweedy waffle weave with a beautiful weight and drape.
Made with hand dyed yarns from natural, often foraged dyestuffs such as nettles, gorse, oak bark and elderberries, using all the small amounts left over after sock making.
27 x 165 cm excluding fringe.
75% wool, 25% nylon. Cool machine wash at 30 degrees, do not tumble dry, cool iron.
